Here’s how:
Clean the area thoroughly. Clean the tiles you need to repair thoroughly, making sure there is no dirt, dust or grime encrusted in the seam. Protect the top of the tile with masking tape. Place a strip of masking tape along the top edge of the tile. Apply adhesive under the tile. Apply the sealant.
